During his Ph.D. in Germany, he has also worked in the Transportation, Aviation and Logistics practice group of the leading German commercial law firm Arnedce Sibeth Dabelstein for five years.
He was involved with various legal and business matters, especially those related to the Transportation and Logistics industry such as coordination, representation and resolution of legal disputes/claims arising from loss, damage and delay regarding domestic and international transportation of goods by road, air and sea as well as multimodal cargo transport, advice on regulatory matters in the field of German and international transport, logistics, warehousing and forwarding law, support in the review and drafting of contracts of carriage, storage and logistics contracts, framework contracts with suppliers and subcontractors as well as standard terms and conditions.
In addition, he took part in the legal assistance and representation of internationally operating Turkish dients with respect of daims concerning contractual and commercial law matters in Germany.
